1. Delivery Areas
We ship to all EU countries + UK + Switzerland. Shipping to non-EU may incur customs duties (your responsibility).

3. Delivery Times (Working Days)
- Processing: 1-3 days after payment confirmation.
- Netherlands: 4-5 days
- Belgium/Germany: 4-5 days  
- Rest EU: 3-10 days
- UK/Switzerland: 5-15 days (customs delays possible)

Total: 90% orders delivered within stated times. Delays communicated via email.

4. Carriers
PostNL (NL), DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNord. Tracking number sent within 24h of dispatch.

5. Delivery Terms
- Risk transfers to carrier upon handover.
- You must inspect package at delivery and report damage immediately.
- Unclaimed/refused packages returned at your cost; refund minus shipping x2.
