RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Statutory Withdrawal Right (14 Days)
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason (EU law). Notify us in writing (email to main@kleury.art) within this period, including order number and photos.

2. Exclusions from Withdrawal (Art. 16 Directive)
No right of withdrawal for:
- Personalized/custom posters or canvases (e.g., with custom text, images, or designs).
- Goods clearly customized per your specifications.
- Sealed products unsealed post-delivery.

Standard posters/canvases are returnable only if unopened/unhung, in original packaging.

3. Return Process
- YOU arrange and pay return shipping to Kasteel-Traverse 98C, 5701 NR, Helmond.
- Goods must arrive within 14 days of withdrawal notice, unused, undamaged, with tags/labels.
- We inspect within 14 days. Approved returns trigger refund.
- Refusal of delivery voids withdrawal right.

4. Refund Details
- Refund of purchase price only (excluding shipping/return costs).
- Processed via original payment method within 14 days of receiving goods.
- No cash refunds; delays possible due to bank processing.

5. Faulty/Non-Conforming Goods
- 2-year EU conformity warranty.
- Report defects within 14 days of discovery (photos required).
- WE cover return shipping for verified faults.
- Full refund/replacement at our discretion.

6. How to Request
Email main@kleury.art with: order details, reason/photos, bank info (if needed).
Response within 3-5 working days.

This policy complies with Dutch/EU law. Disputes via complaints procedure.
